In 2024 I had the pleasure to work again as ACD with Laurent Ledru and the team at Light VFX to create this trailer for Batman: Arkham Shadows. I worked with Laurent to develop the look and feel, the camerawork and composition, and generally had a hand in every step of creative direction during production. I especially enjoyed working with the animators and our incredible storyboard artist, Max Forward, to tune the story and performance as the brief pivoted over the short timeline. It was a ton of fun doing scratch VO for all the characters as well. Second career option, perhaps?
As a bonus, I had a great time R&Ding and creating the animated oscilloscope at the end of the spot. Fun fact: the waveform and logo animation is actually driven by sound waves, sent through an oscilloscope emulator!
